I am bcom general student and want to go for further studies like CS , i have completed graduation so can i do CS now ? Is it good option to select CS after graduation ? Please help me out selecting a bright career option.

There are three stages in Company Secretary course which you have clear to complete Company Secretary course .

Three three stages are-

Foundation Course

Executive Programme

Professional Course.

And you are already graduated, so, you can eligible for Executive Course with the skip of Foundation Course.

Eligibility for Executive Course :

Either you have Foundation course or you have a Bachelor degree or Master degree in any stream.

Those who have Qualified in ICWAI/ ICAI may also eligible to apply for Intermediate course.

The duration of Intermediate course is 9 months.

After the complition of Executive Course you can eligible for Professional Course.

cs i.e. company secretary is really good after b.com or even after 12th

in order to become cs you have to qualify 3 stages:


--foundation course


--intermediate course


--final course



eligibility for above courses:

foundation course:

--12th pass

course duration : 8 months


intermediate course:

--then ou have to pass in icwai,icai then only you enter in this course

course duration:

9 months


final course:

when you qualify intermediate course then you are enter in final course

why company secretary course is good after completion of bcom... the benefits we get by doing company secretary course... taking coaching class for this course is necessary? is this course better than MBA?
