Requirements for domicile of Maharashtra?

I am born in Maharashtra but living in ASSAM since last 7 years. Before that i used to live in Chandigarh due to father's transferable job.....

My mom and dad are born & brought up in Maharashtra. They have spent more than 30 years of their life there.
I want to give MHT CET-2012. so i want to know if i am eligible for Domicile.?

Remember:
1) I am born in Maharashtra (also my parents) and have birth and residential certificates/proofs.
2) I have studied outside of Maharashtra (did 10th and 12th in Assam).
3) My dad works for non-government (private) company.

Please help me.
