ISC Class XII Biology Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers The ISC Class XII Biology paper is divided into two parts namely Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is of theoretical based and contains a maximum of seventy marks and is of three hours in duration and Paper II is a practical based exam and carries a maximum of thirty marks. Paper I contains two parts, with Part A carrying twenty marks and mandatory short answer based questions. Part B has two sections namely Section A and Section B. Section A consists of five questions, out of which candidates have to attempt any three. Section B consists of four questions, out of which candidates have to attempt any two.
