Zoology
Zoology is derived from Greek word 'zoion' means 'animal' and 'logos' means 'study of'. Zoology is branch of biology and deals with the study of animal life which includes various aspects such as evolution, behaviour, classification, embryonic development and ecological distribution etc.

Entomology
Entomology is a branch of zoology that deals with the study of insects life and it is derrived from Greek word 'entomon' means 'insects'. This study emcompasses the study about different phylum and groups of insects, their behavioural differences, mode of nutrition and their relationship with human, environment and other organisms.
