Re: Which subject combination has more scope and opportunities between PCM and PCB? Both combinations have its own significance and carry wide range of career scope in their respective field. Career scope for PCB Medical field like MBBS, BHMS,BAMS or BDMS. Graduation like B. Sc., BA, CA, BTech, B. Pharma etc. Doctor Bioengineer Scientist in R&D lab. Biomedical engineer Lecturer Assistant Professor Pharmacist Biotechnologist Can employ in an agriculture firm Anthropologist and many more. Career scope after PCM Graduation like B.Sc., BE, BTech, etc. Computer Science Engineer Software engineer Lecturer Scientist in organizations such as DRDO, ISRO etc. Assistant professor Data scientist Game developer Can employ in Banking sector and many more options. Please go with that combination in which you are interested or take decision on the basis of your career goal. |

Re: Which subject combination has more scope and opportunities between PCM and PCB? The common assumption among the candidates who are joining Intermediate is PCM is easier than PCB. But in reality it is not like that. If you understand the subject and study, then PCB also easy. Only thing that matters is your interest. If you are interested in Life Sciences, then you can opt for PCB. All the jobs are related to Science involves Lab Environment and hence many of the students to not prefer this. If you want to become Doctor also, then this stream helps you. Candidates who are interested to become Engineer will opt for PCM stream. It is not only Engineering, candidates from PCM stream are eligible to join variety of courses at Graduation and Post Graduation level. Hence I suggest you to decide upon what you want to be in the sense which industry you are aspiring job and what qualification that job requires and opt for the stream in Intermediate accordingly. Try to join in a College which offers Coaching for Entrance Exams like JEE or NEET along with your Intermediate study. |

With PCM you are eligible to work in every field except medical but with PMB you will be eligible to work in medical sector and field which are related to medical . Overall PCM have grater opportunity than PCB. But it is totally depend on you where you are interested go for that. |

Which subject combination has more scope and opportunities between PCM and PCB? Hi, I am about to take admission in Intermediate but bit confused about selection of Science subject combination. Which is more easier between PCM and PCB? Which has more scope and opportunities? |
