Re: How may i know the process of campus recruitment? Getting selected in campus placements is not that difficult and it's completely easy if you are thorough with your basic skills. I will assume that you are pursuing B.Tech. Mostly two types of companies will be visiting the engineering campuses. 1) Product Based Companies 2) Service Based Companies. →In Product Based Companies you will go through these particular round 1) Written test(Aptitude+Basic coding) 2) Technical Round (Mostly,these companies conduct a minimum of 2 technical interviews,It is completely based on the company) 3) HR round. So,In this Written Exam,you will be asked about basic mathemetic problems which you have studied in 10th standard and will test your programming skills by asking basics. In TR rounds,you will be asked about the programming skills in depth and be prepared with C++,Java and Data Structures.This is the most challenging round and will decide your skill set. If you are here in this round i.e; HR round you are 99% done and it's just a formality round and willbe checking your communication skills and your managerial skills. These product based companies will see only your Programming Skills. →In Service Based Companies, there will be 3 rounds. Written Exam Technical Interview HR interview In written exam,you will be asked the same 10th standard mathematics problems. In this Technical Round, you will be asked about the basic programming skills and you need to be perfect with any one programming subject(for non-CS students) and for CS students you should be having basic knowledge in Java or Data Structures.If you clear this round then congratulations you got this job. In this HR Round, you will be asked about your personal details and the bond which every service based Companies have.This is a formal interview between you and interviewer.Just answer what he asks.Don’t be over smart and give proper answers.See You're done. This is the process of campus recruitment in both product and service based Companies. I am attaching few links for the aptitude round. |

Educational Qualification. Written Test. Group Discussion (Optional) Technical Interview. HR Interview. Post – Placement Talk |

1)Written test -consists of aptitude,verbal and nonverbal,reasoning questions and some times puzzles also be careful it is the most important part. 2)Group discussion -u might know this but now a days the companies are omitting this part in the recruitment process. 3)Technical interview-You'll be questioned mostly on your final year/third year project and basic programming skills. Also be prepared to answer few questions on your engineering trade. 4)4. Personal Interview: If you've reached the Personal Interview, there's a 99% chance you'll get through. Just answer all the question, have good communications skills and be confident, not over-confident. FOR WRITTEN TEST THE BEST IS QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE BY-R.S.AGGARWAL and also keep referring to the last year placement papers of respective company and it is good if ur resume is strong. all the best yarrrr |

In first step you have to give Aptitude exam, where you have to answer technical question, numerical question like time and distance, work, speed, simple interest, and communication skill type question you have to solve there. After you clear Aptitude then you selected for Group Discussion(G.D), Where you have to discuss about the topic that they given. Here you communication skill are tested. The topic that they given are related to the current affairs. After you clear this round you have been selected for Personal Interview round(PI round) which is the last step of your campus recruitment. Hope you can understand it... And prepare you communication skill and solve Aptitude question paper.. And i wish you can get your dream company. |

When the Company come for Campus Recruitment, Students have to registered for that as per the Eligibility Criteria. After Registration, you are eligible for Company Selection Process. You have to cracked these 3 stages to get Campus Placements : :: Aptitude Tests :: Group Discussion Process :: Interview Process It depends on Company to Company, Most of the company do not take Aptitude they directly take GD for the Students and then selects best candidates and those who are selected in Group Discussion are eligible for Final Interview. So, You have to prepare well for the Campus Recruitment. So please work hard only then you will be selected in good Companies.
