I'm Lakshmi, I completed my B.Sc computers from AKNU now I am interested in any nutritionist or dietician courses. Am I eligible to do diploma in any of these courses? Is there any course that suits for me. Currently am staying in Chennai.

Awaiting for your response as soon as possible.

You can study Bachelor of Nutritional Science in distance as well as regular course.

It is a three years duration course.

You must have secured at least 50% marks in 10+2 to apply for Bachelor course.

5% relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.

As you have already qualified diploma course, so the same would be applicable to Diploma course.

Here are the top colleges in India that offer B.Sc in Nutrition Science.
  • Lady Irwin College, Delhi University
  • Institute of Home Economics, New Delhi
  • Women's Christian College, Chennai
  • Bishop Choolaparambil Memorial College for Women, Kottayam
  • SNDT Women's University, Mumbai
  • G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology
  • Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University
  • Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai
  • Banasthali University, Jaipur
  • Gandhigram Rural Institute, Tamilnadu
