Eligibility to Appear in Civil Service exams:

There are several civil service exams conducted by State government as well as central government almost every year.

Education Qualification: Candidate's must be bachelor degree holder from any recognized university.

Age limit: Candidate's age must be between 21 and 32 years. Age relaxation as per govt rules.

Nationality: Candidate's Nationality must be Indian.
As you have completed Integrated M.Sc , you are eligible to apply for Civil Service exams.

Civil Service examination is conducted by UPSC .The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

Candidates with integrated course are eligible to appear in the examination.

Examination is conducted in three stages. Age limit is 21- 32 years with relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category.

Yes, you can apply for the Civil Services Exam.
As you know that civil services exam are conducted by UPSC every year for the post of IAS/ IPS/ IRS etc.

Eligibility:-

The candidate must be graduate from any course from recognised College or University.

Age limit:-

General:-
21 to 30 years.

SC / ST:-
21 to 35 years.

OBC:-
21 to 33 years.

The candidate must be the citizen of India .

Selection procedure:-

Preliminary exam

Main exam

Eligibility to appear in the Civil Service exams for an Integrated MSc(Chemistry) holder:-

Yes, you are eligible for Civil Services exam .

For that exam you should be graduate from any recognised university at any percentage, and those students are also eligible which are in final year of graduation.

Your age must be under 21 to 30 years.
You must be citizen of India.

For that exam General candidate has four attempts to apply where as BC candidates has 7 attempts to apply and SC/ST Candidates has no limit to apply for same.

The requirements to apply for Civil Services examination:

The first thing I would like to let you know is that the minimum education required for appearing in the Civil Services Examination is a bachelor degree course in any discipline from a recognized university.

So, having completed your Integrated M.Sc. in Chemistry degree course, you are eligible for appearing in the Civil Services examination as integrated degree holders are eligible for filling applications for any examination for which the minimum education required is either graduation or postgraduation.

°°° Of course, you are eligible to appear in the Civil Service exams for an Integrated MSc(Chemistry) holder.

°°° The Candidate should have done graduation in any stream from a recognised University.

°°° Minimum age is 21 years for all candidates and maximum age is 32 years for General category candidates.
3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates.
5 years for SC/ST candidates.

°°° Number of attempts:

6 attempt for general candidates
9 attempts for OBC candidates
No restriction for SC/ST candidates.

You have master degree which is higher degree than graduation so you are eligible for this exam.
