Syllabus of IRS is divided into three categories:- *Preliminary *Mains *Interview :- Prelims- paper I 1.History Of India and Indian National Movement 2.Current Events of National and international importance. Paper I 200 marks Duration- 20 min Language- Hindi/ English Paper II 200 marks Duration 20 min Hindi/English Mains:- Paper A Subject - Optional language subject 300 marks Paper B Subject- English 300 marks *Merit Paper I Subject- Essay 250 marks Paper II Subject- General Studies I 250 Marks |
