No, you are not eligible to sit for the Public Service Commission exam direct after completing your 10th standard.

PSC stands for the Public Service Commission. Different states conducts their own public service exam such as KPSC (Kerala Public Service Commission), MPSC (Maharashtra Public Service Commission), GPSC (Gujarat Public Service Commission) etc.

Candidates after completing their graduation in any stream from the recognized university can apply for these exams.

However, final year candidates are also applicable for it. But, they have to present their final result during the document verification process.

General age of candidates should be between 21 to 30 years. However, there may be different age criteria for different states. Age relaxation is also provided on the upper age as per government rules to the candidates from reserved category.

As you have just completed your 10th, you can not apply for it. First of all take admission in your intermediate course and after completing it join the bachelor course according to your own interest. Once you complete your bachelor course then you can surely eligible for PSC exam.
