The candidate should have passed a degree in law stream from a well recognised University with at least 55% marks in aggregate for general category students and 50% marks for SC and ST students. Maximum age limit for fresh law graduates is 25 years and maximum age for persons already working as advocate is 35 years. Selection will be made on the basis of preliminary examination, main examination and personal interview. |

The eligibility criteria required to apply for this examination is Candidate must have passed degree in LL.B and he/she has enrolled or qualified to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates' Act 1961. No experience is required and final year candidates can also appear. The minimum age limit for these candidates is 25 years and the maximum age limit is 29 years. You must have completed Law degree by passing each year in the first attempt. In the final year of the degree, you should have secured 55% marks in the first attempt. You should have passed the PG degree in law with at least 55% marks. |

The basic eligibility criteria:- 1- The age mentioned in the advertisement / notification should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years. 2- At least three years of service on the date mentioned in the advertisement / notification after graduation is required. |

Eligibility to apply for JMFC exam are as follows:- For New Law Graduates:- Candidate should have obtained a degree in law by passing each year in the first attempt. In the final year of the degree, candidate should have secured 55% marks in first attempt. Candidate should have passed the PG degree in law with at least 55% marks. Candidate should be proficient in speaking, reading, writing the Marathi language. Candidate should also hold a certificate of adequate knowledge of the Marathi language. Candidate should be able to translate from Marathi to English and from English to Marathi. Age limit should be- Minimum age limit- 25 years Maximum age limit- 29 years |

To appear for the exam, the candidate must have completed their graduation in law. The age limit of for the exam is 21- 35 years. The candidate who have finished their LLM degree are also eligible to apply for the exam. The applicant must have scored at least 55% marks in the final exam. The notification for this exam will be published in all leading newspapers. |

He/She must have the permanent domicile in the state of Maharashtra to get the reservation benefits. Educational Qualification:- Candidates must have completed their graduation in law from a recognized institute/university. Age Limit:- The age of the applicants must be between 21 years and 35 years. The candidates of the reserved category will be offered the legitimate relaxation in the upper age. |
