You are not eligible to appear for Civil Service examination conducted for recruitment as an I.A.S Officer.

The required minimum educational qualification is bachelor degree in any discipline. The age limit is 21-32 years and relaxation in upper limit for reserved category.

Note that to be eligible for UPSC exam, you must have completed graduation from a recognized university/institute.

Since, ITI is not considered as graduation course, so you must complete graduation course to be eligible for appearing UPSC exam.

After completing just +2 with ITI course, you cannot appear for UPSC exam or even state PSC exams.

To be eligible for appearing in UPSC IAS examination i.e; Civil Services examination, the basic education required is a graduation degree in any discipline or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

So, on the basis of Class 12th plus ITI degree courses, you are not eligible for appearing in the Civil Services examination as your educational qualification is not equivalent to graduation degree which is the basic requirement for appearing in the Civil Services examination.

Aspirants who have completed graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university are Eligible for UPSC exam.

UPSC stands for the Union Public Service Commission. It is the constitutional body which conducts the Civil Services examination every year for recruitment to IAS, IPS, IRS etc.

The eligibility criteria for this examination is as below:

>>The minimum academic qualification required is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.

Minimum age is 21 years.

You need to first complete your bachelor's degree from a recognized university in order to become eligible for the exam.
