Re: Can I do PhD in Urdu if done BA in Urdu and MA in English? I have done BS in urdu literature can i apply for phd in anyother science subject bcz i don't want to do phd in urdu literature as i m not interested in it plzz help. |

Re: Can I do PhD in Urdu if done BA in Urdu and MA in English? If you have urdu subject in your master's degree , then you are eligible otherwise not eligible for Ph.D (Urdu). Ph.D (Urdu) Eligibility - You must have passed master's degree with at least 55% with subject concerned. - You should have experience of 2 years as a teacher in college/university. Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree. There are no age criteria. |

Can I do PhD in Urdu if done BA in Urdu and MA in English? I have done my MA in English and B.A. in Urdu..Now tell me that whether am I eligible for PhD in Urdu or not? Please let me know asap. |
