For being eligible for MBBS program
The candidate must have cleared 10+2 exam with physics, chemistry and biology .

Student must be an Indian National for admission through NEET

Must be 17+ as on 31st december of the year of admission.

Thus if you have studied subjects like physics, chemistry and biology , then you can apply for NEET exam.

Re: Am I eligible for MBBS being a CSE graduate?

MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medical and Bachelor of Science and for pursuing the same degree course the minimum education required is a higher secondary school degree with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects and at least 50% marks in aggregate (or 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category candidates) in PCB group combination from a recognized board of education.

So, if you hold the minimum educational requirement for pursuing MBBS degree course then you are eligible for pursuing MBBS degree course irrespective of your other qualifications and age as there is no upper age limit for pursuing the same degree course.

Also, to pursue MBBS degree course in any medical college of India, you are required to qualify NEET UG held by NTA once every year.

No. You are not qualified to enroll in the MBBS program since Biology was not one of your class 12's major courses.
To be eligible to apply for an MBBS program, a candidate must have completed a class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their main subjects and obtained an overall grade point average of at least 50% from a recognized board or institution.

There is no upper age limit to appear for the examination. So, you can appear and qualify in the examination to get admission in MBBS course.
