Hi friend, There is no chance of applying restriction to any other state's candidate with native degree provided that there is zero percent reservation for that post in other state. But such thing rarely happens in state recruitment. So there is no question of non-eligibility due to non-state D.Ed(JBT) course . The second point is of second year , every recruitment process already states that candidate must posses the same degree before the recruitment-interview. As it may be possbile that candidate's last year/semester result is awaited till the time of interview, but he/she must have cleared all the previous papers of degree/diploma course, which makes himself/herself eligible for the post. |
