Re: Space research after BSc Mathematics without physics Dear Friend, Physics is the basic subject of a science student. for higher study you have to appear for entrance exam. for this Math is must ,but you may need the concept of physics. so there may be problem. Good luck. |

Re: Space research after BSc Mathematics without physics dear friends, there is no any problem if you will not have the physics with the mathematics. basically mathematics is a tools to solve the problem of the physics. so you can make your carrier in the research. specially if you have good commands upon the statics then that will give more opportunity. |

However, no problem MAthematics is the language of Physics, and even Newton, Einstien, Stephen Hawkins all are Mathematicians first then we can call them Physicist only because of there contributions. But all are well versed in "Applied MAthematics" so candidate having Applied Mathematics can also explore career in Space science. But Professionally, it is better to opt with physics or any relevant branch for space technology, like- Applied Mathematics, Physics, Radio, Astrology, Astrophysics, Geophysics, biophysics, chemology, Quantum physics, Physical science.
