Re: Format and related books for AFCAT? Where to get previous year papers?

The courses for which you can apply are:

-Flying Branch
-Technical Branch
-Ground Duty Branches

the syllabus of AFCAT is same as the syllabus of various competitive exams like LIC, BANK PO, MBA entrance exams...

So I would suggest you to follow those competitive books.....

It will be sufficient for AFCAT exam.

Follow any BANK books and you can easily crack the exam...

Some pattern papers are attached below:

Dear friend
AFCAT Papers : It is important that you prepare well before sitting in AFCAT. There is a fixed pattern of the entrance exam which has to be known before to clear it. For this you need to have the papers of the previous years. Below are the AFCAT papers which will help you.

The syllabus is similar to the other entrance exam. You should be prepared in areas like general awareness and ability, reasoning and also verbal and numerical ability. You should make sure that you cover all the areas. There are lot of books in market for preparing for this exam. These books will have all the relevant areas and also previous year papers.
