MBA stands for Master of Business Administration // M.com Stands for Master of Commerce . Both the are Master degree Courses . The duration of the Course is for two years and the Course is divided into four semester. 1) If your Interested in "Accounting Field" than you may apply for M.com Course . To apply for M.com Course then you should Complete Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized University . There is No Separate Entrance Examination for this M.com Course . The institution itself Conduct Entrance Examination within the College . The Major Subjects for M.com Course :- Management Accounting / Corporate Accounting / Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting Etc.. ----------------------------------------------------- 2) If your aspiring in "Management Field" than you may apply for MBA Course . To apply for MBA Course then you should Complete Bachelor degree from recognized University . To get Admission for MBA Course is based on the Entrance Examinations like, MAT/GMAT/CAT / XAT Etc............ So, You may choose any one of the Course as per Aspiration and interest . |

Dear friend, There are many courses which one can option after B.com. -->>You need to select a particular course based on your interest area. -->>MBA is a good option after B.com.Graduate in any decipline can apply for this course. -->>If you are interested to begin your career in the management field,MBA is a suitable option. -->>You need to get 50% marks in graduation to apply for this course.Candidates should appear fpr CAT or MAT or similar entrance exams to secure admission for this course. -->>M.Com is also good option if you want to get in to the accounting and administrative field. -->>Apart from this ,some other course options are CA,CS and ICW. -->>LLB is also good option after B.Com.you need to qualify in CLAT exam to pursue this course. Re: What should I do after B.Com between M.Com and MBA? Dear friend, What will you do M.Com or MBA, you have to decide that for yourself. Here I can just guide you a bit. Well from the point of view of job prospects MBA is always more preferable. M.Com is not a job oriented professional degree but MBA is. But if you take decision only on the basis of good job higher salary, you may deceive yourself. For doing MBA you should have aptitude for that. I mean you should have natural ability. You should be genuingly interested. You should have very good communication skills. You should have a potential leader inside you. Now what you are only you can feel that. As a flow of commerce stream from graduation you should do M.com.But now a days MBA is more in demand than M.com in every sector.after compliting M.com you can join only commerce or account fields. If you do MBA then you have more options including Accounts.MBA have many specialised fields like Finance,HR,Human Resource,IT,Media etc.After MBA you can get good job in any corporate field. accroding to my point of view,you should do MBA.Its a better choice. |
