according to me the system is nearly ok.
but it needs some improvements in every fields.then it will be perfect.

I think there is a need for some improvement in the point system. Point should be given on the basis of the quality of the answer. There should be no partiality. High points should not be given only seeing the senior member but preference should be given on the answers. Thank you.

its prefect but the current points should be increased right after some points reached the system should be made

Overall system is good but there are some issues. here are some of them:-Some people gets more marks while some gets less marks on the same level of answers. This is not fair sometimes, not always.
Normalization of marks is always taken place. Points should be given quality wise not quantity wise.

this system is just fine not perfect.. it has created lots of doubts in peoples mind.. if it can justify those doubts wrong then it will be perfect.. many are confused about its working system how it evaluates things.. that needs to be sorted out...

This system not better for each so there should be need for improvement where the student learn about the technical study like the physical therapy related or the first aid etc.............such courses are much better for them to secure the future of the life.

I will support the current point system for the scholarship.The system is very good in its quality. That means their main intention is clear,that is who have capacity to face competition and have good skills.
This kind of systems are very rare in our India.This will help to the students who are poor and very talented.
I really don't following in any website like this.Because I felt it is helpful to me when I heard about it.

Current point system is ok, but we have to improve our self to get right point.

Yes,current point system is ok because you are giving the points according to the quality of answers.If the member posts important answers then you are providing an increment and at the same time who posts unimportant answers then you are deducting their points.This is a rightway to give the points to the members.So,I say that the current point system is ok or better.
