If you are a Bachelor of Science degree holder in a relevant discipline, then you can go for M.Sc. (Master of Science) in Electronics.

In case you B.E./B.Tech. degree course, then you can go for M.E./M.Tech. in disciplines like VLSI, Microelectronics, RF and Microwave, Photonics, Solid State Devices, Communication engineering, and other similar fields.
