In order to attend for recruitment of IBM, you need to have,

• Minimum 70% through your 10th to graduation
• Need to clear all backlogs before attending for recruitment

Selection Procedure:

• Written Test
• Group Discussion
• Technical Round
• HR Interview

Written Test:

It includes questions from,

• Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning
• Series problems
• English Comprehension

Technical round questions will be based on your interested subjects and common questions will be from,

• C
• C++
• Java
• Linux and Unix and more

Preparation Tips:

• Know the paper pattern
• Practice 2 to 3 topics daily
• Practice sample and previous papers
• Get updated with the technical subjects

Interview is to test the candidate in,
