Can I apply for food inspection job after B.Sc in hospitality studies?


I completed my B.Sc HS in hospitality studies in 2010. I have 6 years of experience in hotel industry as a chef. So, can I apply for food inspection job?

After completion of B.Sc in hospitality studies, you are eligible for Food Inspector exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduates in Agriculture/ Pharmacy/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology from a recognized university are also eligible to apply for Food Inspector exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.
