Candidate must pass their class 12th exam from any board under Association of Indian universities.
NIOS students can also apply for JEE Main 2020 exam as the National Institute of Open Schooling also comes under the association of Indian universities.

YES! you are eligible since you belong to PWD . And NIOS board students are also eligible foe JEE Mains.

Yes, you are eligible to appear in JEE Main examination after completion of your 12th standard from NIOS board. Candidates who have completed 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognised board are eligible to appear in JEE main examination.
