My sister is studying in 9th standard of CBSE Board. She is now 13 years old but the school doesn't accept her registration for Board examination because of age issue. I want to know what I have to do for registration?

Age of candidate must be from 14 to 16 years on 31st march of year in which admission is sought. If your sister's age is in limit then you can directly write to CBSE for the registration. But if your sister's age is not in limit then it is not possible to be registered for 10th CBSE Board.
She can get admission in ICSE board, as there is no age limit.

You are not eligible to appear for class 10 board examination if you not satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the CBSE board.

To appear for class 10 board examination the candidate should complete a minimum of 15 years of age at the time of appearing examination.

You are facing this issue because your sister has still not attained te age of 14 years. According to the council rules, any candidate who wishes to get himself/herself registered for for 10th board examination should have attained the age of 14 years.

Your sister is not elligible if her age is not more than 14 years for 10th examination. There is a creteria that a student for 10th the age limit must be 14 to 16 years for cbse board.
If you are not satisfy the condition then you must contact to your school department then I think some conclusion came out. or else you can do 10th exam from another board where no any creteria.
