Postal Assistant Exam and Sorting Assistant Exam is conducted by the Department of Postal Govt. of India .

If you have completed 12th standard with above 60% marks then you are eligible for Postal assistant Exam .For OBC candidate marks required 50% and for SC/ST candidate marks required 45% .

Your age should be in between 18 to 27 years old.You must know your local language very clearly .

Exam pattern for postal assistant exam is given below so you should prepare well on the topics of the chart .

1) 25 Questions on General Knowledge – 25 marks
2) 25 Questions on Mathematics – 25 Marks
3) 25 Questions on English – 25 marks
4) 25 Questions on Reasoning and Analytical Ability – 25 Marks

It is important to have Typing skill in Hindi at the speed of 25 words per minute or in English at the speed of 30 words per minute.
