It is advisable to go with higher studies to find a rewarding job in future. M.Sc degree holders in Biotechnology can try for Lecturer/Asst professor jobs in teaching sector. They can also look for research fellow or Project Assistant job profiles. You can also try for lateral entry admission to B.Tech in Biotechnology. Amity University, MRIU, etc offers admission to the course. HLL, CIMFR, etc are some of the firms where B.Tech (Biotechnology) holders can search for a job.
