Respected Sir/ Madam,

I am very upset and confused and not finding an anwer to a very simple question.

Can an MBA post graduate appear in NET in commerce subject. I have filled up the NET form in commerce stream though I am an MBA. Will I get an opportunity to take Exam.

Please reply urgently as I have to take NEt for December 2009.

Why To prepare when I will not get a chance to take Exam.

dont worry only mba-hr are not eligible for it,but rest are eligible.

It is because to the best of my knowledge hr niether come under business economics or commerce for net.

Sorry you are not eligible but try with other entrance exams as there are many others where you can achieve the best.

I think you are not eligible for this test, but dont worry you can try other entrance exams, best luck for that.

sorry for this you are not eligible, but there are sevral trades you can apply for this and prepare for other entrance exams.

As far as i know MBA students are not eligible for appearing in NET exams.

Candidates having qualification of Master's degree in different science subjects,and language or arts subjects from a recognized university are only eligible to write UGC-NET exam..

There is no age limit for appearing UGC/NET examination in any stream.
The age criteria lies only when you are applying for JRF otherwise there is no age criteria if you are applying for lectureship.

Yes you are eligible for appearing UGC NET exam as it is mostly for commerce students and since you have completed your M.Com you are very much eligible for it.the eligibility criteria is that Candidates having qualification of Master's degree in different science subjects,and language or arts subjects from a recognized university are only eligible to write UGC-NET exam...The date of examination is on June 2011.You can prepare for it.

you are not eligible bcez minimum u shuld have 55 % in Mcom

I am very confused and not finding an answer to a very simple question. I have done B.COM with 60 percentage and MBA Degree in (Finance) from Sikkim Manipal University in 2010 with 80 percentage. My date of Birth is 12/01/1979 and I belong to SC Category.

Can I give NET Exam...? i would appreciate if you could provide me the subject list for MBA (Finance).

You can opt for any other entrance test as there are many scope for MBA in various institute.Sorry, to say but you are not eligible for UGC NET,but don't worry there are many other scope for MBA.
