CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation is an investigation agency of India that has taken the responsibilities of solving the mystery behind any criminal activity.

CBI recruitment exam is conduct through Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC board every year.

Graduation degree course in any stream from a recognized Institute/University candidate can apply here .

Your age should be between 21 to 27 years (relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for O.B.C in upper age limit).

Selection Process for CBI Exam :-

Preliminary Exam (Tier I).
Mains Exam (Tier II).

Physical Requirements for the C.B.I Officer:-

Height

Your Height should not be less than 165 Cm for Men & 150 Cm for Females

Weight

Your Weight should be according to your Height .

Chest

Your Chest should be fully Expanded to 76 Cm in full respiration

Eye sight should be corrected to 6/6 in one eye & 6/9 in other eye

To join as a CBI officer you need to crack CGPE(Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam) which is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission.


Eligibility details:-

The applicant should be complete graduation in any stream from a recognised university.

No need of percentage restrictions.

You must be an Indian origin.


Age criteria:-

The candidates minimum age limit is 21 years and age maximum age limit is 27 years.

There is a relaxation of Three years for OBC candidates,

There is a relaxation of Five years for SC/ST candidates.

** Minimum Height Required :
