I am B.E graduate.. I want to give BSNL JTO exam... But i havent get notification for 2011 for the same....can please information about it?... When will the notification get published???

1. Date of Exam = June 05, 2011

2. Sale of application = March 14, 2011

3. Last date for issuing application forms = March 31, 2011

4. Last date for submission of completed application forms = April 18, 2011

BSNL JTO is Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Junior Telecom Officers

The three streams in BSNL JTO are:

electrical

civil

telecom

The candidate must possess an Engineering degree in one of the following disciplines from a recognized university.
[final year students can also apply provided they can show their proof of passing by the time decided by the company]

Telecommunication

Electronics

Radio

Computer

Electrical

Information Technology

Mode of Selection:

The mode of selection is by an All India Competitive Examination. The exam will be of 3 hours duration with one Question Paper containing the following 3 sections:-

For JTO (Telecom):

Section-I: Engineering stream: 50 questions

Section-II: Engineering stream: 50 questions

Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions

For JTO (Electrical):

Section-I: Electrical Engineering stream: 50 questions

Section-II: Electrical Engineering stream: 50 questions

Section-III: General Awareness: 20 questions

For JTO (Civil):

Section-I: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions

Section-II: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions

Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions

Expected Minimum Cutoff for JTO 2011 Exam:

For ST- Cut-off – 40-45 Marks out of 180 Marks

For SC- Cut-off -45-50 Marks out of 180 Marks

For OBC- Cut-off – 50-55 Marks out of 180 Marks

For OC- Cut-off – 60-65 Marks out of 180 Marks

AGE: you should not have crossed 30 years.

5 years age relaxation in case of SC/ST, Govt. employee, BSNL employee.

3 years age relaxation in case of OBC.

10 years in case of PH general candidate(13 years for OBC PH, 15 years for SC/ST PH).

The notification of this year is not published yet...it may publish in April..

The recruitment exam is expected to be held in May, 2011 and final selection will be completed till September 2011.

The vacancy will be huge, as about 7,000.
