My dear friend,

As you are studying in 12th class and after completion of 12th class you can apply for NDA but your marks from 12th class should be more than 50% marks.

NDA stands for National Defense Academy and it is an entrance exam which is done after completion of 12th with in any of the field.

NDA is conducted by UPSC and it held as twice in a year.You must be an eligible and so you have to check the eligibility criteria for it.



You can apply for NDA after completion of 12th with in any of the field .The fields in 12th class are as follows:

1.Arts
2.Commerce
3.Non-Medical
4.Medical

Eligibility Criteria:

1.You must be an Indian.
2.Your age should lies between 16.5 to 19 years.
3.You must be physically fit.
4.Girls are not eligible for it.
5.Only unmarried males are eligible for it.
6.Your eyes should be correct i.e.6/6.
7.Your marks from 12th class should lies between 50%.

NDA stand for National Defence Service Exam.

This exam is conducted by twice time in a year as NDA I and NDA II Exam .Through this exam , you can apply in Indian Army , Indian Navy and Indian Air force .

For this exam required some eligibility criteria , this criteria is given below-

Education Qualification:-

Completed 12th standard .There is no percentage criteria for the candidate.Final year of 12th standard can apply here .

As per query , you have completed your 12th course in 2014 and this is your final of 12th course so you are applicable for NDA exam.

Age Limit:-

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Your date of Birth is on 2nd September 1995 , so your age now 17+ so you are applicable for NDA exam.

Citizenship:-

You must have citizenship of India.

Martial Status :-

Unmarried candidate can apply here .

Gender :-

Only male candidate can apply here .

So you can apply in NDA II Exam .NDA I exam date is over for this year .

Date of notification: 04th May, 2013
Last date for receipt of applications: 03rd June, 2013, Monday.
Date of commencement of exam: 11th August, 2013, Sunday.

From this year NDA application form must be submitted by only online system. The fees for NDA exam is 50/- . You can be paid the amount through SBI Debit/Credit Card or by SBI Net Banking or by depositing directly in SBI .

NDA Stands for National Defense Academy. The NDA Examination is conducted twice in a year in the months of April and August by the Union Public Service Commission.

The NDA-I Exam is conducted in the month of April whereas NDA-II Exam is conducted in the month of August every year.

-->Pass 12th class from a recognize board/University. 12th board exam appearing student can also apply for the NDA examination.

Yes after the completion of your class 12 exam you can sit for the NDA examination. Your birth date also suggests that your age falls in the age bracket of 16.5-19 years which means you can most definitely sit for the NDA exam once you successfully complete the class 12 exam.

NDA Exam Details:-

Nationality:-

You need to be a citizen of India.

Educational Qualifications:-

1. One who intends to join the Army wing just needs to complete the 10+2 examination conducted by a State Board or University and get the pass marks in it.

2. For those who intends to join the Air Force or Naval wing they need to successfully pass the class 12 exam of a recognized board plus they also needs to have physics and mathematics at 10+2 level.

Age Criteria:-

The minimum age limit for giving this exam is 16 and a half years and the maximum age limit is 19 years on the 1st January or 1st of July of the year when you are planning to give the exam.

Please Note:- This exam can be given only by the unmarried male candidates of our country. Unless you complete the full training you are not allowed to get married. Once you do that you will be asked to leave.

Medical Test:-

You need to undergo a medical examination recommended by the Services Selection Board. If you are declared medically fit only then you will be selected. Generally the test results are not divulged as they are highly confidential but the ones who don't make it will be confronted by the President of the medical board.

Basically you should be in good shape and condition and should not be suffering from any disease which can prevent you from carrying out medical duties. Weak constitution, under-weight or over-weight issues should not be there as well. The minimum acceptable height is 157.5 cms. For air force it is 162.5 cms.

Examination Pattern:-

For the written examination there will be two subjects: Mathematics and General Ability Test. For each paper 2.5 hours each have been allotted. For former 300 marks have been allotted and for the latter 600 marks have been allotted. The general ability test can be further divided into two categories: Part A tests the english skills of a student and the second section covers questions from Physics, Chemistry, Geography, General Science, History and current events.

Eligibility criteria to apply for NDA exam II 2013
Applicant should fulfill the following eligibility criteria in order to apply for NDA & NA exam (II).

Applicant must be Indian citizen.
Applicant's date of birth should fall between 02 July 1995 and 01 January 1998 both dates are included.
For date of birth proof, UPSC will consider matriculation certificate only. No other documents are considered by the commission.
Applicant should submit the academic certificates after being shortlisted for SSB interviews.

Educational qualifications required:
In order to apply for Army wing of National Defence Academy, applicant must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream.
