After the MSc course in science you can go for the GATE exam by which you can do the M.tech course. After completing the M.tech course you can get the job easily in the technical section.

Or

You can go for the NET examination by which you can get the job of JRFs and Lectureship.

After completing M.Sc in Physics you have various options. You can opt government as well as private sectors. In government sector you can choose teaching sector also. If you want to become a teacher then you need to qualify TET, CTET and if you are interested to be a lecturer then you have to qualify NET. After qualifying NET you are eligible to join as a lecturer in any government college. You can also join any college under government as a research specialist.
