Can I appear for Ph.D(mathematics) after doing B.Ed from MSc Maths


I have done B.Ed. after M.Sc(maths).i secured first division in B.Ed as well as in B.Sc.(maths) but got only 43% marks in M.Sc(maths). can i appear for Phd(mathematics) and from where? what is the procedure of admission.

Yes,You can appear for Ph.D(mathematics) after doing B.Ed or MSc Maths.

For a PhD degree in Mathematics, candidates must have passed graduation with Mathematics as one of the major subjects.

There would be an Entrance Test and Interview as a part of admission.
