Can I apply for NIT after scoring 42.67 marks in GATE?


I have got 42.67 marks in GATE 2013 and my Gate score is 470.Can i apply to NITs? If yes,which NITs can I apply?Also I want control or instrument subject.I belongs to ECE(B. Tech).Please help me regarding this my email is : [email protected]

As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in NIT after scoring 42.67 marks in GATE i.e Gate score is 470.

=> NIT Warangal = 717

=> NIT Calicut = 711

=> NIT Calicut = 711

=> NIT Surathkal = 699

=> NIT Durgapur = 698

=> MNNIT Allhabad = 693

=> NIT Surat = 609

=> NIT Durgapur = 687

=> NIT Jalandhar = 633

=> MNIT Jaipur = 651

=> NIT Kurukshetra = 685

=> NIT Calicut = 599.

If you belong to reserved category candidate then you can apply for admission in NIT college other wise not because as per your score general category candidate are not eligible to get admission in NIT college.
