It's not possible for you to Join in B.Sc course after completing Diploma course. To be eligible for B.Sc course then the candidate should be complete 12th standard in science stream with 50% percentage of marks from reorganized university. Most of the reputed colleges in India does not accept diploma course for B.Sc course. Since, you have completed Diploma course. You have chance join in Engineering or Technology (B.E or B.Tech) course through Lateral Entry Scheme. You can directly join in 2nd year for B.E/B.Tech course after completing Diploma course. So, being a Diploma course student you're eligible for B.Tech/B.E course.
