to became a jeweler making you should not to give any entrance exam because its attached to fashion world you my dear to go in this field you must require to complete a professional course from any recognized university in fashion area my dear no age limit in this field be settled and my dear the name of the courses offered given bellow :-

no course for jewellery making you have to learn from jewellery desingners

No, it is not necessary because i saw that even smalll child is also work as making jwellery.
