Hello Sir/ma'am,
I would like to know whether i am eligible to join Indian navy/army in technical branch.I am a 18 year old girl.I have appeared for HSC exams in march 2013 from science stream(physics+chemistry+maths+computer science).

i am pursuing b.tech from chemical branch . i am 3rd year student with 65 % aggregate can i apply for indian army services.

You can eligible for the Indian Navy\Army.

To join the Indian Navy\Army first you can crack the NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defense Service.

This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission two times in a year.

NDA -I

NDA -II

NDA has three wings:

Indian Air force

Navy

Indian Army


Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

You should complete the 10+2 from recognized state board of India.

There is no restriction for the percentage of marks.

Physics, Chemistry & Maths subjects are compulsory for the Indian Navy & Air force.

Age limit:

Your age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

No upper age relaxation is applicable for other categories.

Nationality:

You should be origin of India.

Gender :

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam.

Girls are not eligible.
