Am I eligible for campus recruitment of TCS, Infosys, IBM, Wipro and Accenture having secured 83% in 10th, 68% in 12th and 72% up to 7th semester of my B.Tech? also i want to know when will the mass recruitment off campus drives for these companies will start in 2013?? i'm from 2013 batch!!

Yes,you are eligible to appear in Campus Recruitment which will be start from the Month of July to December 2013.As your marks is above 60% in class 10,12 and till 7th semester of your Engineering course but other important things that you will have to meet are :-

• Your minimum age should be 18 years.
• You do not have more then 2 years of study gap.
• You do not have any paper back of previous semester.
• You must meet the minimum CGPA Requirement for appearing in Above listed companies.
• The minimum GPA Required for appearing in campus recruitment is 7.5%

During campus placement you will require Knowledge of Individual subjects along with special skills.Campus placement basically includes 4 stages.These are :-

• Written Examination .

• Technical Interview.

• Group Discussion.

• HR Round Interview.

During Written Exam questions will be asked from the 3 sections.These are from :-

• Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning.

• Quantitative Aptitude.

• English Grammar and Comprehension.

Thus for this you should use best books for preparation.Without getting pass in Written round you will not be able to go further.so try hard in order to get pass in first round.The books which you should use are :-

• For Reasoning - R.S.Agarwal Reasoning Book of S.Chand Publication.

• For Quantitative Aptitude - R.S.Agarwal and M.Tyra of BPB Publication.

• Mirror of Common Error - By R.Sukhla.

Important :- You will have to improve your English speaking power.For this you should read Daily English Newspaper and you should also improve and increase vocabulary power.

Each company has its own eligibility criteria but in this post i am giving some companies detalis :

INFOSYS : it requires 65% aggregate throughout your career ie. 10th , 12th or B.tech .
there should be no backlogs .


TCS : it requires 60% aggregate throughout your career .
No backlog is allowed

Pattern of the exam :
written exam
technical interview
HR interview

WIPRO : it requires 60% aggregate through out your career
B.E./ B.TECH / MCA course should in full time only done .
No backlogs or arrears are allowed .


Stayam has also the same criteria as Wipro ..

IBM ,TCS ,Accenture ,Infosys and Wipro are the reputed Indian Software companies .This companies recruit the candidate in huge amount .They are conduct on campus and off campus placement .

If Your through out career marks is above 60% and you have not any Pending Backlog then you are applicable for TCS and Accenture recruitment.Maximum 2 years gape in through out career are applicable.Distance education is not eligible for recruitment .

If you have through out 65%marks in career then you are applicable for Infosys company.Pending Backlog candidate are not eligible for Infosys.

If Your through out career marks is above 70% and you have not any Pending Backlog then you are applicable for IBM recruitment.Maximum 2 years gape in through out career are applicable.Distance education is not eligible for recruitment .

If you have through out 60%marks in career then you are applicable for Wipro company.But your B-Tech marks must be above 50% .Pending Backlog candidate are not eligible for Infosys.

According to your marks criteria you are applicable all companies .But i think you are not applicable for IBM recruitment . But some time they have decreased their marks criteria at that time you are applicable for IBM recruitment .

Yes, you are eligible for all these companies; but, sorry to say that you are not eligible for IBM company.


The selection procedure for these companies is mentioned as below:-

* Written examination.

* HR interview.


The eligibility criteria required for these companies are prescribed as below:-

* For TCS Accenture:- Completion of all academic career with 60% marks from any recognized board.

* For Infosys:- Completion of all academic career with 65% marks from any recognized board.

* For IBM:- Completion of all academic career more than 70% marks from any recognized board.

* For WIPRO:- Completion of all academic career with 60% marks; but, B.Tech marks is more than 50% marks from any recognized board.

* No pending backlogs.

* Study gap:- 2 yrs.

I'm Revathi,At present pursuing 4th year, got 71% in 10th,88%in 12th,til 5th semester my cgpa is 8.151.. Am i eligible for IBM,TCS,INFOSYS. In which part do i need to improve has my skills to be recruited in any one of the companies????what is the procedure to apply for job in these companies when i complete my 7th semester??? You're absolutely eligible for the campus recruitment in Top MNC Companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, Wipro, Accenture, CTS, etc.,..
You have a good academic skills and your percentage is even secure to get a right job in these companies.

But, you even need to build a strong communication skills in you because these are very essential for a person stepping into these companies.

At the same time, you also concentrate on the Aptitude because there will be a Written test held in the beginning of the recruitment.

Mainly, you need to qualify the written exam because it is mandatory in every mnc company and the remaining rounds like Technical interview, Group Discussion and HR rounds will be conducted.

why are you thinking for job at this stage. knowledge is more important than job at a very young age. I think after doing your graduation you will have more knowledge and even companies will give you good salary also not this stage. Because after your higher studies only your thinking could be enhanced. So dear think on this. You have just passed 10 so think on your studies.

yes you are eligible for the campus selection.your age must minimum 18year .in your study there must not have 2year gap

The percentage of marks that you secured in all your academic levels are excellent. So, you don't need to worry about your eligibility in appearing for recruitment of the companies that you mentioned like
TCS
INFOSYS
IBM
WIPRO
ACCENTURE etc.

Here is the eligibility criteria that is required for the candidates to make entry into above mentioned companies

The candidate should be career 60 candidate in the sense having scored a minimum of 60% of marks in all your academic levels.

There should not be any pending backlogs for the candidates

The academic gap of the candidates should not be more than 2 years.

With regard to your academic qualification, you are eligible to apply for these companies.

Make sure that you will not be having any pending backlogs by the time you complete your B.Tech course.

As a part of hiring process, they may conduct the following rounds

Collect the placement papers of these companies and have good preparation for the selection procedure.
