I wanted to know the fees for culinary arts & Hotel Management, the entire break up of the fees & what does the fees include? i.e:accomodation, books etc. what does culinary arts consist of?. which would be a better option hotel management or culinary arts after i am a graduate in commerce.

INR 85,000/- per Year.The fee for one year in good Culinary School.There are colleges which charge lessb ut they do not do justice to the course delivery.

Nobody can give you a correct fee structure of the Culoinary Course.As different colleges,different boards,different Universities have different fee structures. Apart from this there are entire private colleges offering courses in Culinary Arts who charge a very big amount.Coming to your second point of question I can say you have to do your own SWOT analysis and find out for yourself where your interest lies.But One good things I can say about the Chefs profession(Culinary Arts) is you have a lot of opportunity and its an art.Hard work is very much important and also you need to have commitment and dedication to reap the fruits of your hard work.One place which I would like to recommend if at all you plan to become a chef and opt for culinary arts, look for "Culinary Academy of India" which is the best culinary school in the Asian Continenet and also the 8th Best culinary school in the world by ASIAN CORRESPONDANT.

Generally a good and reputed College will Charge between 1 Lakh to 1.5 Lakhs per annum. But again different colleges have different yard sticks and charge different fee. In this scenario one has to be careful while selecting a college purely based on one factor that is "VALUE FOR MONEY". Some colleges charge lakhs of rupees and the outcomes are not up the mark. You will never find students/. alumni of such colleges in the industry. They just do the course because they need a qualification that's it. There are some colleges which may not have sprawling campus and air-conditioned hostel facilities but they are highly respected Brands in the industry because they churn out consistent quality of students for the industry and you can see the alumni of such colleges all over the industry.
