CA stands for Chartered Accountancy course and CS stands for Company Secretary course.

As you are from commerce stream, both courses are suitable for you. As compared to Company Secretary course, Chartered Accountancy course has more job and career opportunities. You must go for Chartered Accountancy course.

Bachelor of commerce candidate if they have 55% or more in graduation then they can directly apply for IPCC stage of this course. You have 72% marks and hence, you can apply for it at http://www.icai.com. You can pursue master's degree in commerce side by side, there is no issue in that.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
