No you are not eligible for B. Sc course after completing 10th standard with Polytechnic course. Only 12th standard students in science stream are eligible to apply for B. Sc course. So, as per you are academic qualification you are not eligible for B. Sc course. However, some institutions in India accepts Diploma course. You can get admission to B. Sc course in that type of institution. You need to visit the concerned institution to get more details regarding B. Sc course.

B.Sc Eligibitly Criteria:-

-The minimum eligibility requirement to apply for this course is 10+2 certificate from a recognized board.
-Only science stream students are eligible to apply for B. Sc course.
-Applicant should have secured at least 55% marks in aggregate.
-45% or 50% (for SC/ST) in aggregate, depending on the college.
-Some institutes might also ask for admission test before giving admission.

You can do as per new guidelines from Education department polytechnic is equal to 10+2.
