Which are the MBBS seats in medical college?


i had given neet ug 2013. i m from bihar and i got state rank in bihar as 601 and i m of general category, my category rank in bihar is 369. if i will college in bihar government mbbs seat through state qouta. my category rank in all india qouta is 4681. will i get government mbbs seat through all india 15% qouta?
