this year, i got 23559 air rank in jee mains. am i eligible to get admission in nit jamshedpur? what is the admission fee in nit jamshedpur? what is autumn semester and spring semester ?

You have got an beter score to get in all NIT living or excluding some 20 top NITs. All though you will be manage to get in one of the prestigious nit.
Study of engineering by almost all university is on samister basis that is a paper is given twice yearly. this is calld spring semister and autum semister. In some colage they call it winter sem and summer sem.

Yes you are eligible but for the confirmation of your seat you have to register yourself at www.csab.in website.

Just look at the last year cut off for different courses and find out which field you want and the rank is sufficient or not.

Yes from past experience I can tell you that it is tough but this time you can get admission because almost 9650 children got admission in IITs

Last year the opening and closing rank for Metallurgical & Materials Engineering in general category were 20315 and 22909 respectively in NIT Jamshedpur under home state quota. so there are very few chances for you to get admission in its any other engineering branch, but if you belong to other category as you have not mention it, than there are good chances for you.
