Whether a specialization is best or not can be decided depending upon your interest and with the parameters specific to you.

Let me provide you some key points.

After MBA HR, you will get jobs in HR department of companies. The job is cool. The salary is less. You can enjoy the job.

After MBA Finance, you will get so many finance jobs. The jobs are having risk.

Depending on the way how you perform, your salary would be changed.

If you want to take challenges, then MBA Finance or if your want your job to be cool, then MBA HR.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
