IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services .This Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

Educational Qualification :-

Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognized university and the final year students are eligible for applying preliminary examination of civil service.

Yes , PH candidate can apply for IAS exam .

Age criteria :-

General category student candidate 21-30 years.
OBC relaxation in upper age 3 years.
SC/ST relaxation in upper age 5 years.

Attempt Limit:-

General Candidate can maximum 4 Times
OBC Candidate can Maximum 7 Times
SC/ST there is no attempt Limit
