respected sir/madam -i am 39 years old i did m.a. in hindi with firsrt division.may i apply in ugc net

Master's degree from any of the recognized University or institute is the basic qualification required for NET. PG should be obtained in any of the subjects. This qualification must be obtained with a minimum of 55% marks. There is no upper age limit for those applying for lectureship. For JRF, the upper age limit is 28 years.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test .UGC conduct this exam twice time in a year in the month June and December .

The Educational Qualification is required for NET Exam is masters degree from recognized university with above 55% marks .50% marks is required in case of SC / ST / PWD category candidates

You have completed MA in Hindi so you are applicable for UGC NET exam .

Final year of Masters degree candidate can apply here .

Age Limit for NET Exam:-

i) Junior Research Fellowship : Not more than 28 years . Age relaxation upto 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD / OBC .

ii) Lectureship : There is no upper age limit .

Your age now 39 years old so you are applicable for UGC NET exam but you can only apply in lectureship post

No distribution for All papers :-

Section 1 - 100 marks(60 questions are there)
Section 2 - 100 marks(50 questions are there)
Section 3 - 150 marks(75 questions are there)
