How to get a job as dentist? I have 20 years of experience


i am a dentist having 20 years experience in private practice in general dentistry.now i am sincerely looking for a job in uno/who or unicef.sir please help in getting so. i am an indian dentist passed from dr.r.ahamed dental college and hospital calcatta,in 1990.
