** M.Sc Mathematics is an Master and duration of the course is for two years.

** Yes you are eligible to do M.Sc Maths after completing B.E in Computer Science.

** For M.Sc course candidate must have bachelor degree and Mathematics as a main subject in 12th class.

** The minimum percentage required for doing M.Sc Math course is 60% for Open and 50% for reserved category.

Yes you are eligible after completing BE in CS. The eligibility for doing M. Sc in Mathematics is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) (with Mathematics as a subject) or B.Tech. or B.E. or B.Sc. (Engineering) or equivalent, subject to qualifying entrance exam (If any). Colleges which are well known for M. Sc. Mathematics :
