No it is not compulsory to have maths in Intermediate to study computer science.
After completing Intermediate one can apply for computer science for a bachelor degree,no special subject combination is required to apply for computer science.
At first one need to complete three year bachelor degree course mainly known as B.Sc in computer science,that is Bachelor of Science,after studying for three years,after which comes M.Sc that is Master of Science,a master degree/post graduation in computer science which is a two year course in computer science.

This is the basic criteria required to study M.Sc in computer science as mentioned above.
