I am 12th class pass with pcm but I got fail in math can I appears in CBSE with math as single subject again for improvements

It depends that for which type of exam you are preparing mainly for neet ug all three subjects qualifications R required .

Sorry to inform you this ,but you cannot apply for the biology paper
According to the rules you can only re appear for the improvement if you have selected the course in your 12 standard As you have not studied biology in 12 standard you will not be able to give the single exam of the subject
