i am 31 years can i join NSG commando ??...please tell me the details

NSG (National Security Guard) Commando are also called Black Cats who are mainly appointed for protection of VIPs, terror attack, rescue operations. There are two types of forces in NSG that is SRG or Special Ranger Group and SAG or Special Action Group. As eligibility is concerned, candidates need to be working in any one of the following Departments:
ITBP(Indo-Tibetian Border Police)
BSF(Border Security Force)
SSB (Sashastra Seema Bal)
CISF(Central Industrial Security Forces)
CRFP(Central reserve Police Force)
High Grade Officers in Army
Age limit has to be below 30 years and on selection on physical criteria, candidates are sent to14 months training. On commissioning, one is given Ranks in NSG like Junior Commissioned Officers, Assistant Commissioned Officers and Team Leaders
The entrance will cover general knowledge, current affairs, general awareness. There will be an interview on clearing the written test.
Candidates will have to apply for NSG Commando through SSC(Staff Service Committee). The 14 month training program starts with basic training which include physical fitness, cross country obstacle course. There will be training session for sophisticated equipments, combat gadgets such as AK-47/ 74s, browning hi-power 9mm pistols. and bolt-action Mauser SP66/ 86SR.
